Robert, Go to an auto parts store and purchase an item called "easy out". It looks like a drill bit. Drill the appropriate size hole in the bolt, screw the easy out in counter clockwise, and when it sets in the hole tightly, keep turning and it will unscrew the bolt. When you purchase the easy out, tell the store the diameter of the bolt and they recommend which size easy out to use and the size of the drill bit required for that size easy out. Be sure to buy a drill bit made for drilling into hard steel, like a titanium bit.
