Hi Dale, I did misspeak the scraper part of it.
I use it to scrape ice off my driveway in the winter, which is why I referred to it as an ice scraper. Having said that, I did say that it would be located in the gardening department, and that it was used to edge lawns and the like. As this is located in the gardening center of Home Depot or Lowes, and since it's considered an edger, it would be sold in Hawaii, especially since there's a shit load of grass there, and I ain't talking the smokin' kind.
