hi list. I have a bedroom that has a carpet on the floor I would like to take the carpet off and just have a wood floor, my question is, if the floor is in bad shape meaning if the floor needs to be sanded and polished can I do this or will I have to pay some one who could see to do it for me. would like advice all will be welcomed. thanks.
