Aloha Troy,
My screen that is only about 6 months old does not have wheels on the
top, only the bottom.

If you are doing this alone, if you are tall enough to make sure the
top is in place, you can get the screen alined on the top and kick
something like a magazine or something that will fit under the door
at the bottom to hold it up. Then let go of the door and you should
be able to go to the bottom of the door and by lifting up pop the
bottom into place. Mine has wheels at the bottom and I find that the
best tool for getting the wheels to lift up into place is a good
old-fashion butter knife.

If you are not tall enough to be sure that the top is in place, it
may be time to call that sighted neighbor and ask them to eyeball it
for you. Don't feel bad about asking. I have helped two of my sighted
neighbors get their doors back in place because they couldn't
maneuver the door into place.
Good luck.
Betsy
