Yeah, here in Texas you can get them at Napa audo parts.  You simply bolt it
to the bumper and then use a piggyback connector to connect it to the back
up light.

A friend has a car that beeps when he is backing up and gets near something.
It even beeps when he backs down the slope of my driveway into the road.
Can that kind of thing be purchased to put on my car that doesn't have it
yet?
