claudia, That can't be correct, but I can't imagine how it could be a setup problem.
Only thing that might have been setup wrong is to reverse the hot and cold hoses, and then the initial water temp should also be "backwards." I guess you could see if the hoses are marked H and C, and if they go to the correct faucets. If you're not sure which faucet is which, run a load and feel the pipes. Of course you'll need a sighted helper to check the lables on the hoses. If all that is correct, then the problem is internal to the machine, hope its still under warrantee. Tom Fowle
