I got them at Woodcraft, brand I'd have to find out.  The local store has them 
on sale now and then so I gave about $9 a piece for them.  

There seem to be 2 types, ones that lock like mine, and those that have a lever 
sticking out of the middle of the wheel.  The latter type is a bit harder to 
work in my opinion.  I can't get them to lock by stepping on the higher lever.  
I have to grab and twist and just don't like the action as well.  I'll have to 
check on the brand though.
