I've got my own cut rate form of a mobile base. I attach a wooden bracket off to one side with a couple casters on it. When I lift up from the opposite side it rolls on the casters, when I set it down the weight is on the cabinet itself, and it stays put. For not so heavy items, this works quite well. Blessings, Tom
