Hi Max

It seems that you can seal off some cartridges with a nail or take off the
nozzle place a piece of plastic over the nozzle and screw it back on .

The brother in law just leaves the nozzle full and clears the nozzle when
next he uses it.

Sometime it does not matter what method you use the stuf just goes off.

You could try completely rapping the cartridge in cling rap thus excluding
the air from sending it off.

Subject: [BlindHandyMan] re sealing a gap filler tube

Hi all,
I wish to use a gap filler that is in a cartridge. It is a clean up
with water product.
After I have taken the cartridge out of the calking gun what do you
all do in resealing the cartridge so you can use the rest of the tube
later. I used to put a roofing nail back in silicon cartridges and
that appeared to work ok.
Thanks for any advice.
Max.
