A local TV station did a test of Power Putty and found that it lived up to its claims on two out of three tests. It would not glue a metal plate to a trailer of 12 tons and then allow towing of the trailer using that plate. It appears to be part filling putty and part glue. I have never used it myself so can't say. Consumer reports tested the super absorbent towels and the results were less than impressive. The little towels seemed to work better than the larger ones.
