Well I haven't done it with my, but one could adjust, take a reading with a talking tire gage, and repeat until you get where needed. If indeed you need to be running the tool a pipe t could set up to make it possible to get a reading while running the tool. A helpful auto parts store that sells air fitting should be able to give you the right parts. Is there a way for a totally blind person to figure out how to use the air regulator on an air compresser? I know it's a dial you turn, but there is a gage which I assume tells you the air pressure being fed to a tool. So lets say a tool uses 75 to 100 psi. Can you tell when the air pressure is in that range? I'd assume if the tool works, then it's in the correct range. But I wouldn't want to damage the tool by providing too much pressure.
