I'm using JAWS.
I go to the dictionary manager, and enter the Greater sign in the first
blank.
Then in the blank in which I'm supposed to enter the corrected
pronunciation, I just put a space.
JAWS will then treat all Greater signs as if they are spaces and not
pronounce them.
You can do this just within your email program so that JAWS will still
pronounce the greater sign in your word processor
Blesings,
Tom
