Got a Royal Sovereign portable a/c here. it has a 6 foot expandable hose that hooks into a window vent. Without venting it will run and run, not good. it has a 3 gallon water tank and a evaporator coil in the tank to remove the water. Also has a vent plug to remove water if gets to full, but once in place. you won't get that much water. The unit is about 2 1/2 feet tall, 1 1/2 feet wide and little over a foot deep. its on wheels and has handles to pull it around. Its also pretty quiet and also has auto shut off if gets to hot or to full of water. Got it from wallmart for about 380
