I am with Dale on this one as far as a possible vent issue. we had a similar problem and it , the draining problem was caused by bees or hornets down inside the roof vent / stack. see if you can get a brave soul with your garden hose to get the hose down inside that stack and then turn on the garden hose full force and wiggle that hose around. it costs nothing except time and then try something else.
