Hmm, what is Lexan? I think you're right about the quarter inch not being thick enough. I'm not particularly heavy, but my chair is quite substantial. When I priced the plexiglass I asked for a quote for half inch with rounded corners. He quoted me nearly $700. I laughed and told him I had to check with my office manager, lol, that's me. Didn't want the guy to feel bad. Betsy
