May I ask if you ar einsisting on installing plexi glass on new carpet under a heavy office chair or could it be real glass? I have here a large piece of glass which my family bought for me in my last office. solid thicker glass with rounded edges for less than $150. Under the chair I sit on here now is a roll up vynl section which works well. it has like little cleets so it does not slide on the carpet. wow $700 that is extremely high in price. Lee
