Has anyone on the list seen a house built with oil heat from the ground
up? Nobody alive around here to tell me how they did this with the oil
tank we had. However I do know, the previous owner had oil heat and no
outside entrance so I am thinking that oil tank must have been dropped
in before themain wood structure went up. later in years when all
the basement walls were replaced. at that time there was a opening
made and pre cast outside basements concrete stairs were installed
and topped off with what I call a bilco door made of metal. Lee
