Hello, I have one of the same units and my remote unit will work for a few days and then it stops working.I then remove batteries from both the remote unit and the clock and then it will work again for a few days. Lee, Sounds like you have a hard wired one? What I'm referring to is a wireless remote sensor. Of course the questions for both remain, can they be replaced separate from the unit? I did not realise my family set my machine up with the wire going between the door frame and a solid steel door. well now the wire is near stripped.
