Wireless Internet runs at 2.4ghzt witch a lot of the old cordless phones use. The old phones boosted the transmission on the base. So that they could say our phone goes further down the road. The problem with this was now everybody had some type of phone and splash over was rapid. So if you loose Internet connection every time the phone rings or someone makes a call you now know why, and it can even be your neighbor making that call.
