one more suggestion is to empty the freezer and frige and let it come to complete room temp with the doors wide open and yes unplugged. wait to see if more water appears before restarting in that tray. I also suggest as Max said feel fo trhe extra cold air blowing on the hose and use ole reliable. duck tape. Lee
