No, About two years ago we installed a Koehler handicap height for my wife. It is a high efficiency model, prior to the low and high flush. We are way behind in water conservation. In 2004 we visited Australia. At the one hotel there was some pretty old bathroom fixtures. It was the first time that I encountered a toilet with two buttons on the top.
