I ask as we hafe a place called Grossmans bargin outlet and they sell a full size toilet/ tank combo from time to time at $99.00 whereas others are considerably higher. if I had the extra dollars I'd like to build a snazy solid pine outhouse . maybe a 2 seater to put on my side lawn.
