Aloha Bill,
Maybe I don't understand how it all works. The 
hatchet-head sort of things turn freely when I 
turn them with my finger. I thought that the 
entire round part that they are attached to was also supposed to turn.

I did push the reset button, twice actually, but 
no luck. Motor still just hums and there is no 
sound that makes me think the hatchet-head things are moving.
