Using a feature tag would make the determination by the UA of whether it was talking to an Appearance Agent completely unambiguous. Currently the logic of that test is a bit fuzzy, since sending SUBSCRIBE with "Event: dialog;shared" to a dialog state agent that does not understand SA will succeed.
