I've adapted [http://blueimp.github.com/jQuery-File-Upload/ jQuery File
Upload Demo] in my ''localhost'' considering [attachment:attachments.png
proposed design of attachments form] . Screenshot shown below.

If everything is on the right track I'll incorporate that library and all
its dependencies to develop requested features .
