Instead of 'added by [...]' (eg on the ticket page) it should say
'**updated** by [...]'.

If this type of query is possible ("Does a file of the same name already
exist?"), would it also be possible to ''only'' show the {{{[replace
file]}}} option when a file with the same name already exists?
This should be dealt with in a separate ticket of course, I'm just curious
if it's feasible.
