exist later when file is uploaded onto the server.
Especially in a situation like that I think we shouldn't show the option
to overwrite the file. The user would end up overwriting a file she didn't
know existed in the first place, without further warning.
We should use the same conflict resolution in those cases as when there is
a file of the same name where the user has not checked the box to
overwrite the file. Currently this simply appends something to the file
name.
