The song "Two Coats" can be found on the FANTASTIC Ralph Stanley gospel
album "Cry From The Cross" - from 1971. This album features some great
work by a young Keith Whitley (lead guitar & bass vocals) and Ricky
Skaggs (mandolin & vocals). You will love this entire album - BUY IT
... trust me! It is available on CD. Take care.

Chuck

Are you talking about "Two Coats"? "Two coats lay before me, an old and
a
new....I could have either, which one will I choose....."

>Julie: Ahh! That does ring a bell. One of my favorite Stanley gospel
songs,

goes,

speak)?
