lol, Renee, I thought "Ken Jennings, Now I know Gatlinburg has went to the
birds.

*Well hello Railman Willie....
"I'll take Migrant Tourist Traps for $400, Alex."

Lol. Now you're trying to get me on a rant and I'm
gonna' get hushed afterall. I had to wear the soles down
on my shoes to find one lone little ole' man selling Tennessee Sorghum in a
dimestore next to Thomas Kinkade's Gallery who admitted that "all the
original
ole'timers sold out 'round here and I'm near the only
one left ..." then he went on to exclaim "I cayn't hahdly
unnerstand what these new people are sayin'." I miss
the old locals with their vast historical stories. They are
there of course, but they've scattered out of mainstream
town. My husband thought I was crazy when I refused
to pay $20-something for a wobbly tram to take us up
a mountain, he thinks I had a hissy fit. We ended up donning our Merrell
boots and climbing the dadburn thing
for free. Imagine. :o)
I'll hush now. lol.

OH!! I have a 'local question' for ya'.... have you ever
been over to the Coon Hunter's Club for Bluegrassin'
on Wick Rd in Romulus?? We haven't but we want to.
Tim here was kind enough to tell us about it and I want
to go tap my toe and... maybe join in on a few porch
songs. I'm looking hard for clogging too 'cuz the only
clog these Northerner's know is what happens to their
drains. <hehe>
Okay... now I'll hush. :ox
Renee' (Alex, what is ....never at a loss for words.)
