If money could be equated with creativity, then Bill Gates could be said to be 
creative, clearly a contradiction!

But seriously, this issue has been very clearly resolved by the courts a long 
time ago.  No matter how much time and money you spend collecting, the mere act 
of collecting is not a creative act.  Picking up stones and putting them in a 
pile, no matter how large, is not being creative.  Picking up stones and 
sculpting the pile into something interesting is creative.
