Sorry, I am not aware of anything that can do this. There is a grammar for povray in the g-format here: http://adl.serveftp.org/lab/legos/pov2rib-1.0/parpov/Grammar/ Converting this into a parser, either through antlr, or maybe pyparsing, would be exceptionally awesome.
