Hi,

first of all, I have to admit that I do not understand half of what is
said in this thread. Things do seem more complicated than I thought and
I do not know if I can contribute anything worth your time apart from
the original question.

secondly I left the open manufacturing list in the CC:. I have no idea
why it is there or what that list is about. I hope this was all right, I
originally only wrote to blueobelisk-discuss. If I am in error, please
point this out to me.

In the txt it says:
"POV2MDL converts scene files from POV-Ray's POV to MORAY's MDL format."

MORAY seems to be another raytracer. Is this the link you wanted to give?

OK, I get the idea that the pov file needs to be parsed, converted to
some other description and then exported to svg? Do you think this is
easy? Or difficult?
