By just switching to "Helvetica Neue" you will prevent Windows users
from seeing Helvetica unless they have Neue installed which is
unlikely. Mac OS X users will get it since they have it installed by
default.

font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, sans-serif;

But I agree that Verdana, Gill Sans, and Trebuchet are more readable
at smaller font sizes, especially when Windows users have font
smoothing off, which is probably the majority of Win users.
