Gosh, Christopher, thanks for the quick volunteering! No need to whip it up over the weekend, I'd just as soon see it done very well, if that means taking more time.
As for what it would look like, I do like the previous Grid CSS Generator page's way of handling column and gutter input and/or the number of columns and/or total page width. A page that would allow for user input in pixels and provide immediate feedback and then generate the needed files when a button is clicked. If there was a means of seeing the grid size on the fly (before generating the code) that would be very good, too. A button to a test page link would be ideal. That page could show how the users parameters would look, perhaps using the text and image from one of the standard Blueprint test pages.
