I would use this. I basically do this now by copying the relevant
portions of blueprint into a separate file (erring on the side of
including some of the grid stuff) for projects where a fixed-width
theme is not OK.

Actually, often I just include all of blueprint and just don't use the
grid so could shave some space from my css with above.
