The latest blur code does not reproduce the problem for me. The official 0.2.4
release does. Hopefully the bug was really fixed as opposed to just being
masked such that it bites us later with different data conditions.
When you get a chance, please see if you can reproduce the problem using the
0.2.4 release. Thanks.
