Not only that, they have used the terror attack to cement their ties with the world's biggest terrorist states, USA and Israel. Taking advantage of the shock created by the terror attack, they have passed yet another draconian anti-terror law very similar to POTA. LOKAYAT is organising a seminar to discuss these and other issues related to terrorism. It is a very important seminar in which some of the best activist intellectuals have agreed to participate.
