Dear BMEListers

Below please find information on a position in Sanglah Hospital, Bali.

Bruce.

Take your biomedical engineering skills where they are needed most

Sanglah Hospital, the largest of the 33 hospitals on Bali, is a 738-bed
government-owned enterprise that serves as a referral hospital for the
local provinces. The hospital offers an extensive range of specialist
services including cardiology, intensive care, burns and trauma and a
busy accident and emergency service, as well as more routine obstetrics
and gynaecology, surgery, medicine, paediatrics and diagnostic services.

As part of the hospital’s capacity building program, there now exists a
need to further develop the technical skills of the medical equipment
maintenance staff. This provides an opportunity for a suitably qualified
person to share your relevant skills and experience.

The duties will involve developing Standard Policies, Practices and
Procedures for medical equipment maintenance and training and mentoring
staff in these areas.

Relevant qualifications in medical equipment maintenance along with
proven recent experience in medical equipment maintenance will be
required. Experience developing and implementing staff training and
demonstrated management acumen will be well regarded.
