Jim Ochi just posted about a Service Bulletin for tricky trannies. This got
me thinking and I've never seen one (bulletin that is). I bought my first
car, '87 325iS, last summer and would like to see any and all bulletins I
can about it. Sure, warranty's long gone but it's still nice to know about.
Anybody know where I could look?

Heh, heh, heh. Don't worry, John - I've put the money that I got for your
kidney to good use, buying more go-fast goodies for my car. Unfortunately,
the doc said that it had been abused with too much cheap wine, cheap beer,
and illicit pharmaceuticals, so he could only give me enough to pay for
camber plates...

The M5 actually stickers just under US$70K base. Typical MSRP is around
$72.5K.
