Other than that, the body panels are obviously differnt for the doors and the tailights are slightly narrower in the sedan. The steering wheel and rear head rest differences are according to the MY not whether it is a sedan or coupe. I have not heard that one is lighter or better handling than the other. they have the same manufacturers specs. Have you looked (read) the plugs? By pinching the return fuel line, or taking the FPR vacuum hose off - you've increased the fuel pressure, richening the mixture (although if the O2 sensor is OK - it tries to compensate). Several things could cause this (decreasing order of cost and probability): 1. Intake leak. Take the big hose off between the AFM and the throttle-body. Hold it up in bright light and look inside while flexing it. These like to crack down inside the pleats which is hard to see while it's on the car. Unmetered air is gonna make it lean. 2. Plugged fuel filter. Even if it is brand new - it only takes one tank of really bad gas to plug it up. Being new doesn't mean it is OK. To really tell - you should measure the fuel pressure. 3. Bad fuel pump - but these usually make noise as they go to Valhala.. fuel pressure test will again tell you.. this might also be the case if the transfer pump in the tank goes bad or looses power and the tank is less than half full.. 4. Bad temperature sensor somewhere telling the engine it is way warmer than it really is. You need a VOM and the Bentley manual (you DO have the Bentley manual right?) to test these. 5. Air-flow-meter (AFM) - the fact that it moves means very little. To actually test one - you again need the AFM which can give you a crude test of it.. to really test it - best way is to try another one (it is not a simple poteniometer, it is a stepped resistive bridge - which needs a voltage across it and a comparison circuit to really read it.., but the VOM will tell you if it's grossly bad) 6. Something else - plugged injectors, bad Motronic.. lots of stuff, but I'd bet on #1 or #2 myself. I see that too. The wheels I'm wanting to convert are wheels for an '85 Citroen CX, in case you're wondering, which has a bolt pattern of 5x98mm. Because of this bolt pattern, there are virtually no aftermarket wheel fitments for it. Alfa 75 (Milano) however, share the same fitment, yet, wheels with spokes that look right on a racy Alfa DEFINITELY looks *wrong* on a plush-cruiser Citroen. I get back in my car to leave, and the ABS light won't shut off! A sensor got cooked, apparently. Needless to say this cost me $$ and time (more $$) to get fixed. I take my problem back to this woman (who worked at the same facility), whom I had gone OUT OF MY WAY to help and she says, "I won't pay for that unless you can prove it occurred when I connected the wire." I said, "PROVE IT!?!? How about that HUGE RETINA-SCARRING BLUE ARC when you connected the lead incorrectly and almost blew yourself up!?!?
