You may need to get this done at a BMW dealer or independent with Bosch
Hammer so that they can cycle the ABS pump.

Folks:
I just asked the question this morning with some replies and an
info of a car for sale. What I didn't say in the question or should have
said was ---- Which models of the 5 or 7 series has the better auto
transmission? What is the name of this transmission?

Subject: [uuc] Re: [95 M3] Conforti Software

William, I'm no expert, but I think the limiting factor is the injectors.
Opening up the intake and exhaust will, in theory, allow more air to flow
through the engine. The MAS will measure the amount of air and send the
appropriate signal to the ECU. The ECU will then set injection paramaters
(how long the injectors are open) to match. As long as the injectors are
capable of supplying the right amount of fuel for the amount of air
entering the engine, I'm pretty sure the Conforti chip will adapt and
properly match it. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong here.

OTOH, if you're actually able to to get so much more air into the cylinders
that the stock injectors can't match up, then you'd need either larger
injectors and/or a higher rated fuel pressure regulator, and probably a
custom chip to match. So the answer to your question is, probably, it
depends on the mods that you haven't yet made. I recommend buying the chip
now for your current configuration and getting some enjoyment out of it
while you're waiting for the other mods to happen.

I'd be interested to see if those with E36 M3 experience share my opinions
on this.

Aww, man!.... I've been relegated to the second page.

At least this guy appears to have removed his "all photos are copyright

his life, just lifts them from the internet.

Ok.. well.. Out with it... Specs and prices Please!
Why sell? using Euro 3.2L? Can't use in WC? Trying to turn a buck? just
curious.

James- Kim Henshaw says:
We have one of these fitted to our E30 race car! Its got Autronic engine
management, 292 cams and a big exhaust. Good for about 330HP........

Any comments on this? How much power is realistic from these that will be
reliable and affordable (loaded question right?)

Do you know the cam specs for Euro Motors? Sorry for all the questions..
I'm in shopping mode as I just wrote my name on the wall at RA a few weeks
back. Car is totalled, so I'm either buying or building something new.
(probably building) for BMW CCA CR and then SCCA. Gotta be careful though
as I could end up in SPO... which is pointless on a humans budget.

Thanks for your time,
Jon
