If you've removed the four 8mm bolts (with 13mm heads) and the four T10 bolts, it should come right off. There is a gasket that seals it to the pan, that sometimes gets stuck. I enter the code and then push the ">" button, but after three tries, I got the "wait" response. It looks like the code card the guy sent doesn't match the radio...but I can't find exactly where the serial number is on the head unit (lots of numbers, but nothing that says SN, for example.) Could someone verify that I'm entering the code correctly (4 digit number then the > key) and perhaps point me to where the serial number is? I bought it at EBay.de, and the guy doesn't speak english well, so I'd like to first verify that I've done everything correctly and then give him the actual serial number so that he can track down the code.
