That said, I'm all for moving future online votes to the public list. Let's just do that up front, rather than doing it unexpectedly midway through.
The secrecy around this "deal" isn't really conforming for members of OpenID. As a foundation, things should happen in the open or at least include OIDF members. Otherwise it's hard to see the benefit of being a member at all.
