My config:
/boinc (tag for 6.10.56)
/seti_boinc (wich contains libboincapi I talk about)
I tried to build seti_boinc's libboincapi.vcproj and encountered described 
difficulties.
Perhaps, it's stock SETI project problem then, I just thought that all lib 
projects were taken from BOINC (that project produces lib file to be linked 
versus science apps).
