You need to download and install the CUDA driver as described at 
<http://developer.nvidia.com/object/cuda_3_1_downloads.html>

The direct download link for the current Mac driver is
<http://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/3_1/drivers/cudadriver_3.1.10_macos.dmg>
