This description is not very specific. Here are some questions to track down the problem: You upgraded the server software to which version (SVN revision)? Of trunk or server_stable? And which version were you using before? Does "on and off" mean on the same machine? Is there a connection between Core Client version and whether people are getting 64 or 32 Bit Apps? Are you using plan plasses?
