There was no official message, as usual. The conversion was also
imperfect and files were manually added later, losing their history. I
haven't yet checked what mess Rom did in d61d9e8.

This is harmless, it's just a problem with the emails. The boinc_cvs
mailing list notifications for commits weren't working until Oct 19.

What changes specifically? If you mean commit 13650183, I do see the
messages for that credit.cpp change in both commit logs and in
checkin_notes (ugh, they are still using that stupid checkin_notes
file?).
