Reviving this topic, because a small bug has been reported in a SETI forum
discussion (http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=69946)
If: forum posts are displayed in 'oldest post first' order,
And: the number of visible posts in a thread is an exact multiple of the user's
'messages per page' preference,
And either: all posts have already been read, or: 'Jump to first new post' is
deselected.
then the thread opens to an apparently blank page, with no posts visible.
