Sorry Rom, I appreciate the change but I don't like it so much anyway.

The snapshot at each commit is almost useless for every pourposes, and it gives 
high overread for nothing.

What I would like is a snapshot ONLY when a tag is pushed on trunk, and not 
with a name like 
commit_id.tar.gz
but with a name like boinc_7.0.54.tar.gz, like github does.

I'm pretty sure the configuration can handle this, I'll be glad to help if 
needed
