It mostly looks good.
Putting the title in the left column looks nice
but creates wasted space.
The thread page needs some work.
There are too many horizontal lines,
and some of the text should be made "fine print"
or distinguished using color, as in white.css.
When showing lists of labeled items
(e.g. on computing preferences, or My Account)
I like having the labels right-aligned, as is done by row2().
Maybe we could use bootstrap's <dl> <dt> <dd> for this.

I read in the list that some people worked in this issue time ago, do you
know something about that?
